Refund policy

We get it, you need to try them on. Good news - you have 14 days upon receiving your sunglasses to return them to us if they aren't to your taste*. Full-priced items will be refunded. Sale items (excluding Samples & Seconds Sale*), will receive a store credit. Returns from our Spend & Save sale are eligible for store credit only.

*Please note that purchases from our Sale are final and not eligible for refunds. You can however return an item for a store credit.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn with tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, or if they were not packaged appropriately and damaged in transit as a result. Damaged or missing packaging will incur a $5 fee. Shipping costs can not be refunded.

We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving it at our warehouse. To arrange a refund, please download the form from the link below and follow the instructions.

Exchanges

We no longer offer exchanges, the simplest way is to return the pair you don't want for a refund, and purchase the pair you would like instead!


I believe my item may be faulty. What do I do?

Oh no! We do check each and every order before it leaves our warehouse - in the rare case we have missed something and you've received faulty sunglasses, please contact us at care@lugoldie.com so we can help.
