HOW IT WORKS
Torn between styles? Not sure what will suit you?
We get it – you want to try them on before committing. So we’ve simplified our Try At Home process by partnering with Mirra.
Here’s how it works:
You choose up to 3 pairs to try in the comfort of your home (use the “Try at Home” button for all pairs to add them to the cart).
You’ll have 3 days to decide which pairs you’d like to keep. Not sure if they suit you? Text your friends or ask us (promise we’ll be honest, like a true best friend)!
Once you’ve made your decision, just login to the portal and confirm which pairs you’d like to keep. The payment will then be processed and funds will be immediately released for the items you don’t keep – no more waiting for the package to return back and be processed before receiving your refund.
If you keep at least one pair, we’ll even cover the return costs for the rest. If you return all, a $12 return shipping fee will be applied.

Return Guidelines:
Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order.
If you return all items from the order, a $12 restocking fee will be applied.
FAQ's
Who can use the Try At Home service?
Currently Try at Home is only available in Australia.
For our international customers, you are still able to return items if you change of mind, our usual returns policy applies.
Is it free?
If you keep at least one pair, yes! We will cover the return shipping for the rest. If you return everything, there is a $12 return shipping fee.
Why do I need to enter my credit card details?
When you use the Try at Home service, you will need to have enough funds in your account to cover the whole order, and this will show as a ‘pending’ or ‘authorised’ charge on your bank statement. As soon as you signal that you would like to keep or return an item, the applicable amount will be processed, or in the case of a return, released immediately.
This authorisation is to ensure your payment method is valid and that you have enough funds to cover the order should you choose not to return it.
How do I complete my order?
Try at Home orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
What if I change my mind and decide to keep an item after signalling that I want to return it?
No problem, let us know and we will be able to process the payment for the pairs you keep.
