We offer free regular worldwide shipping on all orders. If you’re in a hurry, we suggest choosing express at the checkout.

Import Fees:

Europe: For orders under 150€, VAT is included. There may be additional import duties which will not be covered by Lu Goldie. For orders over 150€, you will be responsible for VAT and import duties with your local courier service.

Rest of World: Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply when purchasing via our website.


Orders are sent from our warehouse in NSW, Australia. We strive to post your order within 1 business day of ordering - in particularly busy periods, this may be extended.

We get it, you need to try them on. Good news - you have 14 days upon receiving your sunglasses to return them to us if they aren't to your taste*. Full-priced items will be refunded. Sale items (excluding Sample Sale), will receive a store credit.

* Please note that purchases from our Sample Sale are final and not eligible for refunds.

We offer local returns within the US and Australia (rest of world, please return to Australia). Please carefully read the following details on how to return your order.



To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn with tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, or if they were not packaged appropriately and damaged in transit as a result. Damaged or missing packaging will incur a $5 fee. Shipping costs can not be refunded.

We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving it at our warehouse. To arrange a refund or store credit, please download the form from the link below and follow the instructions.

We no longer offer exchanges, the simplest way is to return the pair you don't want for a refund, and purchase the pair you would like instead!

Oh no! We do check each and every order before it leaves our warehouse - in the rare case we have missed something and you've received faulty sunglasses, please contact us at so we can help.
