We get it, you need to try them on. Good news - you have 14 days* upon receiving your order to send it back to us for a refund. We offer local returns within the US, EU and Australia (rest of world, please return to Australia). Please carefully read the following details on how to exchange or return your order.
* We will be making exceptions during the COVID-19 crisis, as we understand it may not be feasible or possible for you to get to a post office. Please contact us if this is the case and we are happy to accommodate.
For all refunds items must be returned clean and in their original condition, with tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, or if they were not packaged appropriately and damaged in transit as a result. Damaged or missing packaging will incur a $5 fee. Shipping costs can not be refunded.
We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving it at our warehouse. To arrange a refund, please download the form from the link below and follow the instructions. Sale items are eligible for refunds (excluding Sample Sale items, which are final sale).
We no longer offer exchanges, the simplest way is to return the pair you don't want for a refund, and purchase the pair you would like instead!

Oh no! We do check each and every order before it leaves our warehouse - in the rare case we have missed something and you've received faulty sunglasses, we will cover your return postage and send a new pair out at no expense to you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid return label.
