RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?
We get it, you need to try them on. Good news - you have 7 days* upon receiving your order to send it back to us for either an exchange or refund (excluding sale items). Please carefully read the following details on how to exchange or return your order.
* We will be making exceptions during the COVID-19 crisis, as we understand it may not be feasible or possible for you to get to a post office. Please contact us if this is the case and we are happy to accommodate.
We offer free exchanges (with the exception of the return postage of your first pair to us). We will happily exchange and post a new pair at our expense. To arrange an exchange, please download and follow the instructions on this form.
Items must be returned clean and in their original condition, with tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, or if they were not packaged appropriately and damaged in transit as a result. Damaged or missing packaging will incur a $5 fee. Shipping costs can not be refunded.
We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving it at our warehouse. To arrange a refund, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for returning. Please note, we do not offer refunds on sale items, unless they are faulty. This excludes 10% off codes which are eligible for refunds as normal. However, we do offer exchanges on sale items.
I BELIEVE MY SUNNIES MAY BE FAULTY - WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! We do check each and every order before it leaves our warehouse - in the rare case we have missed something and you've received faulty sunglasses, we will cover your return postage and send a new pair out at no expense to you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid return label.
